Piano Festival: Maria Yefimova

Internationally acclaimed pianist Maria Yefimova has performed in Italy, Spain, England, Slovakia, Croatia, Russia and the United States. She has appeared in such major venues as Carnegie Hall, Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory Malii and Rachmaninoff Halls. Her program will feature works by Mozart, Chopin, Ravel and Debussy. Special guest, Wells Hanley, will join her for a few duets.

Piano Festival: Ryan Corbitt

Channeling such piano giants as Art Tatum, Errol Garner and Oscar Peterson, Ryan will put his own unique contemporary spin on Christian hymns and selections from the Great American Songbook. From “Be Thou My Vision” to “Stardust” his varied spontaneous musical creations are as lively and virtuosic as they are reflective and endearing.

Piano Festival: Richard Becker

Richard Becker is a pianist, composer and chamber musician whose playing has been acclaimed in Europe and America. He has performed at New York’s Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie Hall, the French Embassy and more. He will perform pieces by Schumann, Brahms, Chopin and Debussy. Richard Becker has been piano coordinator at the University of Richmond since 1975.

Randall Atcheson is the epitome of a musical Renaissance man. His gift of communicating the beauty of music in various forms has led to a decidedly versatile career as a much-sought-after artist in the classics as well as in pop and the sacred repertoire. His heavy concert schedule has taken him to five continents and now to Westminster Canterbury Richmond as the closing act to our first ever Piano Festival!
